1. Taj Holidays Winter offers are valid from 1 October 08 to 31 March 09
   (excluding the period between 20 December 08 and 5 January 09) unless otherwise specified.
2. Select Winter getaways would be applicable only during 2 to 15 October 08 and 1 to 20 December 08.
3. Confirmation of rooms is subject to availability. Limited rooms will be available on the Taj Holidays
   Winter offers at the participating hotels.
4. Taj Holidays Winter offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers / packages / rates.
5. Extension of stay on pro-rata basis and subject to availability.
6. Rates for all hotels in India are in Indian Rupees.
7. Rates are subject to change.
8. Railway station / airport transfers wherever applicable will be provided only with prior intimation of arrival/ departure details.
9. Rates are not valid for bookings of more than 5 rooms.
10. Sightseeing wherever applicable does not include monument, guide, photography charges etc.
11. Extra child and adult rate as applicable.
12. Meal credit on single occupancy is half of the relevant double occupancy meal credit.
13. Rates are not valid for group bookings and conferences.
14. Outdoor recreational activities included in the offers will be provided subject to weather conditions.
15. Extra bed option may not availabe in some room categories due the layout of the room/suite.
