Terms and conditions :-

  • Check in is 12 noon & Check out time is 10 Am
  • The above rates are inclusive of Break fast, Lunch, Tea and Dinner.
  • 50% advance at the time of booking, balance at the time of check in.
  • A/c facility will be provided from 8 Pm to 6 Am.
  • For extra bed Rs 750/- Charged.
  • Alleppey Kumarkom Route will be charged Rs.500 Extra
  • During The Peak season from December 15th to January 15th 25% hike in Tariff
  • Prevailing Taxes will be charged extra
