CHILD & INFANT POLICY

• Infants and children below the age of 5 years will be complimentary on the adult meal plan without any extra bed. If an extra bed is required, then the above child rates apply.
• Children between 5 – 12 years will be charged as per the child rates.
• Children above 12 years or third adult will be charged as per extra adult rates.

ROOM OCCUPANCY POLICY:

• Cottages & Villas: Max. 3 adults (or) 2 adults + 2 children. Max. 1 extra bed.
• Duplex: Max. 6 adults (or) 4 adults + 4 children. Maximum 2 extra beds.

FOOD :-

• All meals will be served at the main restaurant.
• Guests can choose from either fixed price meals or order from a selected menu.
• Fixed price meals are a choice of Indian vegetarian or non-vegetarian thali (plated meal).
• Menu choices range from European, Indian, and seafood specials.

Check In Check Out time & Day Use Room

• Check-in and check-out is 0900 hrs. Early check-in & late check-out subject to availability.
• Guaranteed day use between 0900 hrs – 1600 hrs will be charged at 50% of published tariff, subject to availability. Guaranteed late check-out beyond 1600 hrs will be charged one nights’ room rate

PORT BLAIR AIRPORT – RESORT TRANSFERS – CAR & BOAT

• Round-trip Airport - Resort transfers using Govt. ferry: US$40 /INR 1800 per person with 2 persons sharing. Single traveller – US$ 60 / INR 2700 per person. (When using Govt. ferry, a 1-night stay in Port Blair on your return from Havelock is mandatory, as Havelock-Port Blair ferries do not connect with departing flights on the same day)
• Direct same-day Airport – Resort transfers using full-charter of powered dunghi (dugout): US$ 150 / INR 6,500 one-way; US$ 300/ INR 13,000 round-trip. Maximum 6 persons. (Dunghi transfer recommended only for intrepid travelers. Not suitable for senior citizens, guests with disabilities or motion sickness problems, or for young children and infants)
• Direct same-day Airport – Resort transfers using full-charter of private boat: US$ 300 /13,000 one-way; US$ 600 / INR 27,000 round-trip. Maximum 12 persons.
• All ferry, boat and dunghi transfers subject to weather conditions, sea conditions, sailing permits, Department of Shipping schedules.
• All road transfers will be by non-air conditioned vehicles.

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY :-

• For cancellations received 30 days or more 100% refund; 7 days or more 50% refund; less than 7 days in advance of arrival no refund
• No refund for cancellations on bookings from 20 Dec 07 ¨10 Jan 08.
• No refunds for unused nights or early check-out.
• In case of cancellation of Govt. ferry service, the following is offered: . Port Blair - Havelock: Equivalent hotel in Port Blair in lieu of 1st night at resort. Havelock - Port Blair: 50% discount on room-rate only at resort.
