Granary Inn is a
resort in Pullikannu, Alleppey (Kerala,
India) built around an Eighty-year-old river facing well maintained
traditional Kerala style House just a few kilometers South of Alleppey on
the Changanaserry Road.
Pullikannu is
located in Kuttanad in Kerala which is one of the few places in the world
where farming is carried out below sea level and remains waterlogged all
throught the year and is full of spectacular landscapes emerging out of the
intricate backwater canal network for which it is so very famous for world
over and known as "Venice of the East".
These backwater
formations are unique by itself and has four major Kerala rivers, the Pampa,
Meenachil, the Achankovil and the Manimala flowing into it.
