Golden Swan Beach Resort has three types of Rooms viz. AC
Room, Cottages and Beach House.
Main
Resort
The Main Resort has 6 Cottages and 12 Deluxe Rooms with independent
access to the beach and a view of Shivaji's Kasa Fort.
It
also has:

small Restaurant serving Vegetarian & Non-Vegetarian food.
- Indoor
and outdoor games like Carom, Lido, Chess, Cricket, Football,
Beach Ball, Badminton, etc. are also available.
- Lovely
landscaped garden
- Direct
access to the beach.
Cottages
The 6 Cottages have facilities like:
- Large
Master Bedroom,
- A
Sofa cum Bed,
- Children's
Room,
- Two
English bathrooms and
- Private
sit out with a view of the beach.
- Refrigerator
- Television
Deluxe
Double Rooms: Twelve Mediterranean style Deluxe Rooms
with facilities like attached bathrooms. Interconnecting rooms
are also available for extra persons
Beach
House: The Beach House has direct access to the beach
with a view of the famous Kasa fort (Built by Shivaji
Maharaj) and the Nawab's
Palace.
The Beach House has five spacious units each having individual
entrances and consisting of One Triple, three Standard and
one Double Room with Following facilities:

baths,
- A
common sitout.
Note:
All the rooms in the beach house are Non-AC Rooms without
Television
