Corporate Incentive - There are ways in which HR team decides to give performance incentives to employees. HR/Admin team may also be involved with organising an incentive programme for Dealers, service providers etc.  

It may involve value based or fixed Gift Vouchers or it may involve an organised group reservation. 

Typically Incentives involve Breaks and Getaways and depending on the value of the incentive it could be a Weekend Break (Weekend destination around major cities), Domestic flight getaway (destinations accessible from major airports in India) or International destinations (Accessible by direct flight).

Earlier an incentive meets were organised typically at a leisure destination (typically a weekend retreat, a Beach, a hill stations etc.). However corporates having bigger incentive budgets opt for a luxury cruise. Corporates with more youth element in them opt for more activity centric Eco-tourism (Safaris, National Parks, sanctuaries etc.) or Adventure (Trekking, Mountaineering, Skiing, Rafting, etc.) concepts. 

While meets involving youth centric and middle management level guests revolve around activity, recreation and party, meets involving Senior guests also opt for Stress Relievers (Yoga and Meditation Retreats) and even Spiritual retreats.
