Typically larger and more organised agencies plan their group movements much in advance and therefore have the rooms blocked with the hotels direct, however mid-level agencies and Single Tour leader led groups (or small agencies) require an agency service within India and which is where Nivalink fits in. Same is the case for Universities and Schools that undertake groups into India.

  Incentive tours are of two categories:

Typical category Groups for which we cater to on ongoing basis are:

• Spiritual Groups (Yoga and Religious Groups)

• Wildlife and Birding Groups  

• Groups to little known destinations in established tourist sectors like Rajasthan, Kerala, Sikkim etc.

• Student Groups 

Typically Group rates are available for a large number of hotels for non-peak season periods (Puja Holidays, Diwali Holidays, Christmas Period).  Group reservations required to be finalised well in advance to ensure sufficient room availabilities. 

We advise agencies on variables such as time required to reserve in advance, ground level information on Transport, hotels and sectors, travel time between destinations, what to realistically expect, which dates to avoid for certain destinations etc.
