dedicated telephone line, an IM connection and a one-point contact.
Nivalink
can set up protocols (emails, reporting, approval levels etc.) as required
by the corporate to seamlessly manage any part of the corporate travel
process.
If
requirement to a particular city, a particular hotel is definite and volumes
of travel is forecasted than Nivalink can setup direct rate contracts with
the hotel and undertake the entire process of reservation and billing for a
transaction fee. This is possible for Airline tickets as well.

virtual desk approach is recommended for corporates who wish to develop a
corporate travel reservation and billing mechanism without having to employ

deployment of personnel for a corporate desk (Physical reach currently
limited to only Mumbai)
