    St Bartholomew's Cathedral is a beautiful Roman Catholic cathedral built between 13-15th centuries. 95 metre tall and built in red sandstone in a Gothic style the cathedral stands out amidst Frankfurt's modern skyline. The cathedral was designated as an imperial cathedral and from 1562 to 1792 the coronations of Emperors were held in the Election Chapel in the cathedral.
    Roman Catholic Church
    The Eschenheimer Tower was a city gate and part of the medieval fortified parts of Frankfurt. Today this 15th century is considered a landmark of the city. This tower is one of the oldest and least altered buildings of Frankfurt. This 47 metre high tower currently houses a café and meeting rooms used by historical societies.
    Historic Site
    Frankfurt is the birthplace of Germany's greatest and most renowned writer Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. Goethe was born in the Goethe House in 1749, and lived there till 1765. The Goethe House is well-kept and showcases the lifestyle of the famous writer. Next to the Goethe House is the Goethe Museum, 14 room gallery that displays the artworks of Goethe's life and works.
    The Hauptwache is one of Frankfurt's busiest pedestrian areas and is famous for its eclectic mix of historic buildings and newer contemporary buildings. The main square is one of Frankfurt's main shopping, entertainment, and commercial areas.

    The Palm Garden is spread over 54 acres and is the largest botanical garden in Germany. Since its opening in 1871 the garden has attracted several visitors from across the world. The garden is home to a variety of outdoor botanical exhibits, a number of greenhouses containing subtropical and tropical plants, boating facility, children's playground and several picnic spots.
