Terms & Conditions

• Reimbursement of ticket (s) for “Mansa Devi” ropeway ride during the stay as per the room occupancy.
• “Mansa Devi” ropeway ticket (s) needs to be presented at the Front Desk for reimbursement.
• Children Policy : Children between 6-12 years Rs 1500/- includes extra bed, breakfast & one major meal.
• Over 12 years Rs. 2500/- includes extra bed, breakfast & one major meal.
• The offer does not include: Any air/train fare apart from above mentioned, any tour program, expenses of personal nature such as STD/ISD/FAX calls

Refund & Cancellation :-

• Full amount will be refunded subject to cancellation minimum of 96 hours prior to date of booking, 50% refund between 72-96 hours of arrival. No refund after this period. No refunds shall be made for short stay, un-availed facilities or part for any services not provided due to technical unused nights or other reasons beyond our control.
