Bolgatty
Palace built in 1744 by a Dutch trader is now a fine heritage hotel. It is located at The
Bolgatty Island, a short boat ride away from Kochi
mainland "Ernakulam".
Bolgatty
also represents one of the oldest existing Dutch palaces
outside Holland and only Palace hotel of its kind in Kerala.
Bolgatty
now has a Palace block and a modern resort block (called
"Bolgatty Island resort") and a
spread out resort with nice harbour views all around.
