The Beach & Lake is a small privately owned Ayurvedic Resort, 8 kilometres south of Trivandrum International Airport (Kerala, India). Offering Therapeutic and Rejuvenating Ayurvedic programmes the resort is nestled between the Arabian Sea and the Parvathi Puthanar rivers, situated on an island.

On one side are the backwaters; bordered by a forest of coconut palms, a natural habitat for many rare birds. On the other side, a secluded expanse of beach, stretching 8 kms north to the lively resort of Kovalam.

The 8 spacious and well furnished rooms at the resort all have individual verandas offering a sea and lake view. Hot water and room service are available 24 hrs a day.

The Beach & Lake Ayurvedic Resort is open all year. October-April is the main tourist season. Optimum benefit can be achieved by taking treatments during the rainy season of June-September.
