Besides a major pilgrimage centre, Harihareshwar has  unspoiled and pristine beaches, one to the north and the other to the south of the temple.

By Road - Mumbai-Harihareshwar - 190 kms. via Panvel-Mangaon on Mumbai-Goa Highway. Shriwardhan-Harihareshwar - 20 kms. 

Buses are available to reach Harihareshwrar and Shrivardhan from Mumbai and Pune.
