Day-1 Arrival at Kolkata Arrive at Kolkata. Kolkata is capital of West Bengal and a city renowned for its colonial character, cuisine and riverside character.

Day-2 Half day Sight seeing of Kolkata Undertake Half day sightseeing of Kolkata that comprises Victoria Memorial, The Mother house, St Pauls Cathedral and St John's Church. Experiential travellers can opt for a heritage walk and guests with an interest in ethnic cuisine can opt for a cuisine tour.

Day-3 Travel to Sunderbans (Road and Boat ride). Evening visit to reserve forest area. 8.00 A.M. : Departure from Priya Cinema near Deshapriya Park located in South Kolkata, West Bengal India. 12.00 A.M. : Arrival at Gothkhali (Here the road journey ends and the cruise to beautiful Sunderban begins). 12.30 P.M. : Departure by Boat for Dayapur. 1.30-2.00 P.M. : Arrival at Resort. 3.30 P.M. : Departure by boat for Sajnekhali Tiger Project Area for viewing Wild life, Sajnekhali Museum, Mangrove Interpretation Centre & Watch Tower. 5.30 P.M. : Return to Resort. 6.00 P.M. : Enjoy a Panoramic View from Watch Tower. Evening Get-Together. Folk Dance by Local Artists/ Wild Life Movie and Bonfire

Day-4 Boat Cruise inside creeks and dense forest. Evening Village visit. 7.30 A.M. : Boat Cruise inside creeks and dense forest (breakfast on boat during cruise) through numerous rivers while visiting Dobanke - the caged canopy walkway inside the forest (experience the life in which caged animals live in, while getting an all-around view of the forest). Also visit the Spotted Deer Rehabilitation Centre. After which we cruise through Matla Sea Face (the point from where Bay of Bengal can be seen) – back through the 5 river junction - to Pitchkhali. Return for Lunch. 4.00 P.M. : Promenade around the Neighbouring village to interact with the Local Community at a typical Sunderban settlement to understand their local Art, Culture and Way of Life (how man and tiger coexist in such a difficult terrain.) In simple words a “Rendezvous with the Rural Bengal.” 5:30 P.M. : Folk Dance by Local Artists/Wildlife Movie.

Day-5 Visit to Sudhanyakhali Watch Tower and Cruise through Rivers and Narrow Creeks before departure. Kolkata arrival by evening. 7.15 A.M. : Visit to Sudhanyakhali Watch Tower and Cruise through Rivers and Narrow Creeks of Pitchkhali- Sarakhkhali-Sudhanokhali- Bonobibi Dharani (narrow creek) and visit the Watch-Tower followed by a cruise around the Islands of the Sunderban Tiger Project Area. Return by 10 AM 11.50 P.M. : Departure for Gothkhali by Boat. 3.00 P.M. : Arrival at Gothkhali. 3.30 P.M. : Departure for Kolkata. 6.30 P.M. : Arrival at Kolkata

Kolkata :

  • Howrah Bridge - Howrah Bridge on river hooghly connects Kolkata to Howrah and is a real colonial era architectural marvel.

  • St Johns Church Kolkata - Not so well visited place but worth a visit for photographers and history / architecture buffs. One of the oldest (1787) churches in Kolkata.

  • Mother House - Mother house is erstwhile home of Mother Teresa and gives guests visiting it insight in to social work carried out by the organisation for welfare of the poor. Its insightful experience and tranquility of area makes it a must visit.

  • St Pauls Cathedral - St Pauls Cathedral conforms to the Neo-Gothic or the Gothic Revival style of architecture that was greatly patronized by the British during the days of the colonial era. It is now a major tourist attraction in Kolkata and visited alongwith Victoria Memorial Hall.

  • Indian Museum - The Indian Museum is the largest museum in India and has rare collections of antiques, armour and ornaments, fossils, skeletons, mummies, and Mughal paintings

  • Victoria Memorial - Victoria Memorial is the erstwhile headquarters of colonial presence of British in India. The complex is spread over 60 acres and the structure is impressive and well preserved. It houses a museum containing a large collection of memorabilia relating to Queen Victoria and the British presence in India. Royal Gallery is home to imprssive portraits of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert and paintings illustrating their lives.

  • Belur Math - Belur Mutt is the headquarters of the Ramakrishna Math and Mission, founded by Swami Vivekananda. The 40-acre campus is set on banks of the river Ganges comprises many temples. The campus also houses a Museum containing articles connected with the history of Ramakrishna Math and Mission.

  • Bird Watching in Sunderbans - Sunderbans is this worlds largest delta covered by mangrove forest and vast saline mud flats.
