Day-1 Arrival at Indore. Proceed to Omkareshwar Arrive at Indore. Proceed to Omkareshwar (77 kms - 1.5 hrs). Omkareshwar is a riverside pilgrimage home to Omkareshwar Temple (A Shiva Temple and Jyotirlinga). There are many more temples around Omkareshwar by the River. Time permitting visit these temples and return Indore by evening.
Day-2 Proceed to Ujjain for Mahakaleshwar Temple. Visit other Temples in and around Ujjain Proceed to Ujjain (60 kms - 1.5 hour) for Mahakaleshwar Temple (Lord Shiva Temple and one of the Jyotrilingas). Ujjain is a Hindu pilgrimage and is home to a range of temples besides the Mahakaleshwar Temple such as Harshiddhi Temple (Shaktipeetha), Kal Bhairav Temple (Where deity is offered Wine), Jantar Mantar (Observatory), Shri Avanti Parshwanath Teerth (Jain Temple) etc. Time permitting visit these as well. Return to Indore by evening.
Day-3 Depart for Pachmarhi Depart for Pachmarhi (415 kms - 7 hours). Pachmarhi (3500 ft asl) is a renowned hill station that is at its best during monsoon when the area turns misty with hundreds of spontaneous waterfalls.
Day-4 Day sightseeing in Pachmarhi Full day sightseeing to Pandav Caves, Jata Shankar Temple, Christ Church, Bee Fall - Waterfall, Apsara Vihar, Reenchgarh (Caves). Evening visit to Sunset point.
Day-5 Trek to Dutchess falls OR Boating in Lake OR Parasailing. Afternoon visit to Gupt Mahadev, Bada Mahadev and Chauradevi (Time Permitting) Morning trek to Dutchess Falls (1 km steep trek down and up). Guests not up for trekking may visit the lake and do a bit of boating. Adventure oriented guests may opt for paragliding (Seasonal). Afternoon visit to Handi Khoh (Deep Valley), Gupt Mahadev, Bada Mahadev and time permitting climb up few hundred steps to Chauragarh Temple.
Day-6 Travel to Jabalpur via Bhedaghat Travel to Jabalpur (250 kms) via Bhedaghat. Bhedaghat (25 kms from Jabalpur) is renowned for its Dhuandhar waterfalls (which are at its best during monsoon) and Marble Rocks. A cable car ride to top of the mountain for the temple visit is also popular (Weather permitting)
Day-7 Departure Depart from Jabalpur for Onward Journey
Indore - Indore is commercial capital of State of Madhya Pradesh and access point for pilgrimages to Omkareshwar and Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga Temples
Pachmarhi - Pachmarhi is the only hill station in Madhya Pradesh. Set on a Plateau at about 3500 ft above sea level, Pachmarhi is full of charming colonial era architecture buildings and retains an old world charm.
Jabalpur - Jabalpur is a transit point for accessing wildlife destinations of Kanha (165 km) and Bandhavgarh (210 km).
