Detailed Itinerary

Day-1 Arrival at Rajkot and travel to Dwarka Proceed to Dwarka. Evening Darshan at Dwarkadheesh Temple. Dwarkadheesh Temple is one of the most significant and visited Lord Krishna Temples in India.

Day-2 Temple visits in and around Dwarka. Proceed to Somnath Early morning visit Okha for the Beyt Dwarka. Beyt Dwarka is an island accessible over a short boat ride where a prominent Lord Krishna Temple is located. Upon return visit Nageshwar Mahadev Temple enroute. Nageshwar temple is believed to be one of the 12 Jyotirlinga Temples. Visit Rukmini Devi Temple, Gomati Ghat Temples after returning to Dwarka. Travel to Somnath (240 kms - 4.5 hours). Enroute stopover at the Harsiddh Mata temple offering excellent views of the Arabian Sea. Reach Somnath by evening. Evening Darshan of Somnath Temple

Day-3 Visit Bhalka Teerth and Triveni Sangam before travelling to Ahmedabad for flight to Indore Today you visit Bhalka Teerth and Triveni Sangam before travelling to Ahmedabad for evening flight to Indore. Arrive at Indore and proceed to Ujjain (60 kms - 1 hour). Ujjain is a riverside pilgrim town renowned for its Mahakaleshwar Temple (Lord Shiva Temple and one of the Jyotrilingas). In the evening you may visit Mahakaleshwar Temple alongwith other significant temples in the area such as Harshiddhi Temple (Shaktipeetha) and Kal Bhairav Temple (Where deity is offered Wine).

Day-4 Bhasma Arti in morning and then proceed to Omkareshwar Temple Morning 4 AM - Bhasma Arti at Mahakaleshwar Temple. Return to hotel and after breakfast you proceed to Omkareshwar (135 kms - 3 hours). Omkareshwar is a riverside pilgrimage home to Omkareshwar Temple (A Shiva Temple and Jyotirlinga). There are many more temples around Omkareshwar by the River and you may do boating around the Island for Parikrama. Evening Arti at Omkareshwar Temple.

Day-5 Travel to Aurangabad via Ellora (Grishneshwar Temple) Travel to Aurangabad (400 kms - 8 hours). Enroute you visit Grishneshwar Temple near Ellora (One of the 12 Jyotirlinga Temples).

Day-6 Travel to Nanded via Grieshneshwar and Aundha Nagnath Temple. Evening visit to the Hazur Sahib Gurdwara.  Travel to Nanded via Grishneshwar and Aundha Nagnath Temple (Total Travel 400 kms - 7.5 hours). Grishneshwar and Aundha Nagnath Temples are one of the 12 Jyotirlinga Temples of Lord Shiva. Evening visit to the Hazur Sahib Gurdwara.

Day-7 Travel to Ahmednagar via Parli Baidyanath Temple and Shani Shinganapur.  Travel to Ahmednagar via Parli Vaijnath Temple (390 kms - 7.5 hours). Enroute visit Parli Baidyanath temple (Also referred to as Parli Vaijnath temple and believed by many as one of the 12 Jyotirlinga temple) and and Shani Shinganapur.

Day-8 Travel to Shirdi via Bhimashankar  Travel to Bhimashankar (180 kms - 4.5 hours) to visit the Jyotirlinga Temple. From there you travel to Shirdi (180 kms - 4 hours) for the Shirdi Saibaba Temple, one of the most visited pilgrimages in India. Late evening darshan at Shirdi Saibaba Temple (Online darshan booking is recommended).

Day-9 Trimbakeshwar Temple visit before departure Today you travel to Trimbakeshwar Temple (120 kms - 2.5 hours), one of the Jyotirlinga Temples before departing to Mumbai (200 kms) or Pune (200 kms).

  • Dwarkadheesh Temple - Dwarkadish Temple is a shore temple dedicated to Lord Krishna and one of the major Krishna pilgrimages. Temple is 78.3 meters high and is built on 72 pillars. Vajranabha, Lord Krishnas grandson built the temple. The Jagat temple, which forms the sanctum of this temple, is believed to be at least 2500 years old.

  • Nageshwar Jyotirlinga Temple - Nageshwar Temple a few kms from Dwarka is one of the 12 Jyotirlinga temples and is well visited. The temple features a Massive Shiva statue right outside the Temple. Interestingly Jageshwar Temple in Almora and Nagnath temple in Aundha also are believed to the Nageshvara Jyotirlingas. Therefore guests visit them as well as Jyotirlingas along with Nageshwar Temple near Dwarka.

  • Mahakaleshwar Temple / Harsiddhi Temple - Mahabkaleshwar Temple is one of the 12 Jyotirlinga Temples and principle reason to visit Ujjain. The temple draws huge crowds all round the year especially during Mahashivaratri day and Nagpamnchmi Day (Shravan month during monsoon season). Harsiddhi Temple here houses Goddess Mahalaxmi and Mahasaraswati and is one of the Shakti Peetha.
