Lawrence Spring is pristine natural pool tucked between the large canyons of Jebel Rum near the Rum village. The spring is named in honour the famous British officer T E Lawrence, who vividly described the spring in the Seven Pillars of Wisdom. Lawrence spring can be accessed by a short walk into the canyons and offers outstanding views of the desert mountain scenery.
    Natural Wonders
Ayn Abu Aineh Spring is located on the eastern side of Jebel Rum. The water from the spring has been piped from the mountains for over a millenium into a large tank for animals. The boulders located behind the tank have Thumudic inscriptions on them, perhaps drawn by herdsmen.
    Natural Wonders
The remains of an old Nabataean Temple were discovered in 1933 in Rum village. The Nabataean inscriptions on nearby rock surfaces are believed to date back to the 2nd century AD. The temple was apparently dedicated to the deity Lat. Behind the temple, the remains of a bath have been discovered, believed to the earliest bath in Jordan.
    Temple or Holy Place
Burdah Rock Bridge is the largest of the natural rock arches in Wadi Rum, precariously set atop at 80 metres above surrounding rocks. The Burdah Rock Bridge is popular among adventure lovers and trekkers who often climb up to the top of the arch.
