Binsar Retreat is located at Binsar a sanctuary and reserve forest 30 kms uphill from Almora (Uttaranchal, India). 

Binsar is characterised by Snow Peak Views of the Himalayas during October - March. Binsar is also an area where guests looking for peace and tranquility just chill out for a few days, do a bit of trekking, nature walks and binsar even attracts yoga and meditation enthusiasts.

Binsar Retreat  is a Camp Retreat situated at 7500 ft above sea level at the South West Flank of the Sanctuary deep into the Core area.

Activities and Excursions 
i. Walk through the core area of the Binsar Sanctuary with guides. .
ii. Trek from Binsar to the famous Jyotirlinga Temple of Jageshwar (20 kms), Vriddha Jageshwar (18 kms) and the shrine of Ganna Nath (20 kms).
iii. Patal Bhuvaneshwar (120 kms)
iv. Visit to Kausani (50 kms) and Chaukori.
v. Visit the Panchachuli Women Weavers.
vi. Visit Almora Town famous for its copper smiths, gold smiths, the Nanda Devi Temple.
vii. Visit local villages within the sanctuary to gain an insight into the traditional life and culture of the people.

Binsar Retreat is situated 400 kms from Delhi (Takes roughly 9 hours by Road) and is visited as a part of itinerary which covers other parts of Uttaranchal alogwith Binsar.
