Mollem birding trip was one of our first dedicated birding trips and there were many learnings. Three things that are a must for a successful birding trip is a Good Camera, Good Season and Good guide. Good luck off course has to be there but thats when you have first three boxes ticked. Mollem is rich in birdlife, we realised that early March was a bit late and we should come back in Dec or Jan (We did that in 2016).
