Ex Kolkata Temples

Terracota Temples of Bishnupur, Jagannath Temple of MIdnapore and Maa Tara Pith Temple of Tarapith is one visited by heritage and pilgrim travellers to West Bengal. Feb 2011 exploration of these areas was to understand the roads, logistics and overall safety aspect for single woman travellers / women groups. After safety assessment and visiting hotels, it took another decade before we were able to regularly send travellers to the area.
