Standard Procedure for Transport
- Add On Service is booked and paid for in advance by the Customer
- Transport Service is booked and paid for in advance by the Customer
- A confirmation note is emailed to the customer after the service is re-confirmed with the service provider.
- The confirmation note has service provider name, address, telephone number and Nivalink Helpline number.
- One day prior to the service, driver details (Driver Name, Vehicle No, Driver Cellphone no) are sent to the customer. Pickup Place and Time will be reconfirmed.

All transport service providers are verified and used by Nivalink team. All services are covered under deficiency of Service policy. Please refer to Terms of Service for details.
