These streets are one of the best preserved streets in Europe. The hole-in-the-wall inns used to cater to the soldiers of the Order of the Knights. Visit the the Byzantine Museum which was once the Orthodox Cathedral of Rhodes in Byzantine times that became the Catholic Cathedral when the Knights occupied the city. Dine at the Polidorous streets filled with cafes and restaurants or call for a cup of local coffee blend to spend the afternoon in the Old Town. Proceed towards the Arionos Square, stroll around the “Turkish district”, where you will find the Mustafa Pasha Mosque and the 16th century “YeniHammam” (Turkish Baths).
