Lakhpat (135 kms from Bhuj) has religious significance for Sikhs. Guru Nanak, the founder of Sikhism, believed to have camped here on his journey to Mecca. The site later became a Gurdwara, which holds some of Nanaks possessions. For a general pilgrimage traveller Lakhpat (37 kms from Koteshwar), Koteshwar and Narayan Sarovar (4 kms from Koteshwar) all can be visited in a day visit.
