The Irupu Falls are located in the Brahmagiri Range in South Coorg bordering Wayanad area of Kerala and can be visited enroute Nagarhole. Irupu falls is a major tourist attraction as well as a pilgrimage spot. Rameshwara Temple, a Lord Shiva temple is situated on the banks of the Lakshmana Tirtha River near Irupu falls.
