Credit Cards

  • Credit Card - IVR - Interactive Voice Response (Telephone Call) Payment Processing (Mastercard / Visa) - Make a call to one of the three numbers - +91-22-67237668 / +91-22-40366868 / +91-22-26814368. As per instructions of the system Put a 5 digit reservation number (Without NCS/ prefix), amount and card details to process payments under a 24X7 secured encrypted automated environment. Those making payment a once for several reservations can use any one of the 5 digit reservation number (Without NCS/ prefix). - [FAQ]

Bank Transfer

  • Funds Transfer using SWIFT - For Guests from countries outside India and banking with banks having no or very limited presence use this mechanism that allows transfer via an Intermediate Bank account (correspondent bank) and the mechanism is called SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Inter-bank Financial Telecommunication). For Bank details to effect a SWIFT transfer - Download Form (MS-Word) - Recommended for transactions above Rs. 50,000 and takes 10 days to reach us.

  • Funds Transfer (Others) - For Guests from countries outside India and banking with banks having banking presence in India, direct funds transfers are conducted to the India Branch and then routed to our Bank account via RTGS, which is the local inter-bank fund transfer Mechanism (Like IBAN no in Europe). Our account details are given on the first page of the same form as above - Download Form (MS-Word) - This Method is Recommended for transactions above Rs. 25,000 and takes 3-7 days to reach us (depending on Guest's Internal Bank procedures and Holidays).

  • Remit Payments using www.paypal.com - email id - nivalink@vsnl.net. (Paypal accepts Mastercard / Visa, Bank Transfer and cheque payments in 18 currencies and 190 countries).

  • Western Union Money Transfer - www.westernunion.com (Kindly ask for Address details for Western union transfers before making a transfer)
