Day-1 Arrive at Guwahati and Proceed to Shillong Arrive at Guwahati and proceed to Shillong (130 kms - 3 hrs). Enroute visit Umiam Lake. If time permits visit Cathedral of Marry and Ward’s Lake. Evening take a walk at Police Bazaar for shopping.
Day-2 Day Excursion to Cherrapunjee Drive to Cherrapunjee, the wettest place on the earth, for an awesome day trip. En route visit the famous Elephant Falls and Shillong Peak - to enjoy a bird’s eye view of Shillong city. At Sohra, stop at the Duwan Sing Syiem view point for mesmerizing views of the Hills. In Cherrapunjee be witness to the gorgeous Seven Sisters Falls and Nohkalikai Falls. Later take a soft cave walk inside the Mawsmai Cave. The limestone cave is a natural wonder with innumerable formations inside it. After lunch at Cherrapunjee, visit Thankarang Park. Drive back to Shillong.
Day-3 Proceed to Kaziranga Proceed to Kaziranga (252 kms - 6 hrs). Kaziranga is is a renowned Wildlife Destination and is visited for the Wildlife and Bird watching Experience it offers. One can spot one-horned Rhinos and wide ranging migratory Birds (Tiger population is healthy but not sighted as easily as other parks in Central India).
Day-4 Morning Elephant Ride and Central Zone Safari Early morning elephant ride in central range. Follow it up with Central Zone Safari. Return by Lunch time and then do local visits in Kaziranga. Those interested in Bird watching can do an Eastern Zone safari in afternoon.
Day-5 Travel back to Guwahati Depart to Guwahati (225 kms - 4.5 hours) for onward journey.

Shillong - Shillong is the capital of Meghalaya, one of the states bordering Assam and home to a lot of British-era plantation bungalows and stunning scenic beauty.
Kaziranga - Declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1985, Kaziranga is internationally renowned for its one - horned rhinoceros population and one of the best national parks in India for sighting Wildlife and birds.
