Day-1 Arrive at Chiplun. Take a Boatride and Visit Gowalkot fort in evening Arrive at Chiplun. Chiplun is a riverside getaway on National highway 66 overlooking the river. Visit Gowalkot Fort, Ancient Fort of Shivaji Maharaj located on top of a small hill bank opposite Vashisthi River Jetty offering good views. Guests arriving via NH-66 may visit Koyna Reservoir (45 kms).
Day-2 Guhagar Beach Excursion. Visit Velneshwar and Hedvi Temples Guhargar Beach Excursion (42 kms). Guhagar is an idyllic beach nearest to Chiplun and around which many temples such as Velneshwar Temple and Hedvi Ganesh Temple are located.
Day-3 Proceed to Ganapatipule. Visit Ganesh Temple, MTDC Watersports centre and Ganapatipule beach. Proceed to Ganapatipule (110 kms - 2.5 hours). Ganapatipule is a renowned beach getaway and one that is visited for its Lord Ganesha Temple. Visit Lord Ganesha Temple, MTDC Watersports centre and Ganapatipule beach in the afternoon / evening.
Day-4 Sightseeing around Ganapatipule. Ratnagiri excursion. Excursion to Ratnagiri. Enroute visit Kotawadi and area full of countryside character and backwaters. Visit Thiba Palace (Heritage), Bhatye Beach, Ratnadurg Fort (Sea Fort), Ganeshgule Temple and Pawas. Return to Ganapatipule by late afternoon. In the evening time permitting, visit Jaigad Fort and Lighthouse.
Day-5 Departure Depart for onward journey.
