Day-1 Arrive at Hyderabad. Afternoon visit to Golkonda Fort and Husain Sagar Lake Arrive at Hyderabad. Hyderabad is capital of Andhra Pradesh and renowned heritage destination where guests arrive to experience a range of exquisite heritage monuments and museums. Afternoon visit to Golkonda Fort (one of the most magnificent fortress complexes in India) and Visit Husain Sagar Lake in the evening, renowned for the 19-metre tall Buddha statue present in the middle of the lake. Indian Travellers may also visit Birla Temple, renowned for its views of the city and white marble structure.

Day-2 Visit to Charminar, Mecca Masjid, Chowmahalla Palace and Salar Jung Museum Visit Heritage monuments in Hyderabad Old City area such as Charminar (16th Century Minaret and a Mosque), Mecca Masjid (400 year old Mosque), Chowmahalla Palace (group of 18th Century palaces) and Salar Jung Museum (The biggest one-man collections of antiques in the world).

  • Salar Jung Museum - The Salarjung Museum is the third largest museum in India housing the biggest one-man collections of antiques in the world. It is well known throughout India for its prized collections belonging to different civilizations dating back to the 1st century. It has a collection of sculptures, paintings, carvings, textiles, manuscripts, ceramics, metallic artifacts, carpets, clocks, and furniture from Japan, China, Burma, Nepal, India, Persia, Egypt, Europe, and North America.

  • Birla Temple Hyderabad - Birla Temple is a modern temple in Hyderabad (opened in 1976) and one of the prominent landmarks of the city. Set on a hillock the Birla Temple offers excellent views of the city and is visited all round the year by locals, tourists and other visitors to the city. The temple manifests a blend of South Indian Rajasthani and Utkala temple and is is made using 2000 tons of pure Rajasthani white marble.

  • Charminar - The Charminar (1591) is a monument and mosque located in Hyderabad. The landmark has become a global icon of Hyderabad, listed among the most recognized structures of India. structure is made of granite, limestone, mortar and pulverised marble and is a typical Islamic architecture monument that is a must visit for any heritage traveller.

  • Mecca Masjid - Mecca Masjid is one of the oldest mosques in Hyderabad and is one of the largest Mosques in India located close to the historic landmarks of Chowmahalla Palace, Laad Bazaar and Charminar.

  • Chowmahalla Palace - Chowmahalla Palace was a palace belonging to the Nizams of Hyderabad state. It was the seat of the Asaf Jahi dynasty and was the official residence of the Nizam.All ceremonial functions including the accession of the Nizams and receptions for the Governor-General were held at this palace. It has been restored and opened to public in 2005.The prestigious UNESCO Asia Pacific Merit award for cultural heritage conservation was presented to Chowmahalla Palace on March 15, 2010.

  • Husain Sagar Lake - Husain Sagar Lake is about 6 sq km lake in the middle of Hyderabad. There is a large monolithic statue of the Gautam Buddha in the middle of the lake which was erected in 1992 and is a major attraction. At the end of the Hussain Sagar one can find the Masjid and Dargah of Sayedani Maa Tomb. Hussain Sagar lake is a popular spot for sailing. Regattas have been held here since 1971. The road on the tank bund is another attraction. Here there are fountains with dancing waters, tantalising coloured lights at night, and the installation of nearly 33 well-sculptured bronze statues mounted on high platforms, in the memory of historical and eminent personalities of the state.

  • Golkonda Fort - Golkonda Fort complex (16th Century Fort) in Hyderabad is spreads across 11 kms and is comprises pavilions, gates, entrances and domes. It is divided into four district forts and a visit here offers excellent views of the city and peek into history and royal heritage of the area.
