Thrissur Pooram is one of the major festivals of Kerala and it attracts guests from all over and is a festival around which many inbound itineraries are setup.

The Thrissur Pooram is the famous Pooram festivals held at Thrissur and has been celebrated for over two centuries now. The festival entails spectacular procession of elephants and percussion performances in a continuity of 36 hours beginning at 6 am and stretching up to 12 noon the next day.
