Travel to Mauritius – Part 8 – Mauritius for whom
Is Mauritius visit really worth it or is it really one for you? This is the question you ask when you are presented with a Choice of destinations. Honeymooners always end up having to choose between Maldives, Seychelles, Thailand and Mauritius.
Mauritius is a clean and serene destination. It also allows you to explore around rather than just getting stuck on an Island. Mauritius is not spectacular due to the fact that much of the expanse is not hilly and mostly homogenous as majority of cultivation around is Sugarcane. However even if you don't like much of beaches and the water sports, the sheer simplicity and the greenery is bound to capture your imagination.
The water activities here are genuinely world class and so are the hotels. So if idea is to getaway and slip into another world and explore around then there is nothing like Mauritius. However if idea is to party, go to casinos and enjoy extensive nightlife then off course this is a wrong place. If idea is to see a lot of monuments and do a lot of sightseeing then Mauritius is not the best place to be. Mauritius does not even go well with those jet setters who just want to experience everything in a small time frame and jet away. A budget holiday seeker will feel too stressed to see everything around so expensive and probably curse his whole stay for just that.
Mauritius makes for memorable destination for senior citizens, honeymooners, getaway seekers and underwater adventure enthusiasts. Those who love Golfing would simply love the Bel Ombre experience. Deep sea fishing enthusiasts also would love the catches here. For families it could be a rewarding a experience spending some time together.
