Srinagar – Leh route is renowned for biking and Himalayan adventure drive experience and is one of the three routes to reach Leh (Other two being Via Manali, By Air). Srinagar – Leh route is considered one of the most adventurous and scenic drives with High altitude passes that one of the highest in the world (Zoji La(11000+ ft asl), Fotu La (13000+ ft asl)).

Srinagar – Leh (420+ kms) route passes through Sonamarg (Kashmir), Kargil (Indo – Pak PoK border), Lamayuru (ancient Monastery), Alchi (ancient Monastery). Guests typically stay over at Kargil in transit before moving onwards.

Sonamarg presents spectacular close range views of Thajiwas Glacier. Kargil has a deep connect with patriot Indian citizen being the location where a mini-war was fought with Pakistan in late 1990s. Lamayuru is one of the most ancient and prominent monasteries in Ladakh.

Srinagar – Leh route offers one of the most endearing sights and panoramas and a journey to remember for all times. The route is also favorite with Royal Enfield Biking groups.

Srinagar-Leh route opens in May (exact date varies every year depending on how much it snowed in Winter) and remains open till Winter season (Exact date of closing depends on when it starts to snow heavily).
