There aren’t many riverside destinations left untouched. Sangla is certainly one of them. Remote nature of Sangla Valley ensures that it’s anything but touristy. One can just laze by the river, go for short walks, do trout fishing, do a bit of trekking, read a book or just admire the stunning snow peak views all around it. The entire experience of being in Sangla, away from touristy options and in lap of serenity and nature is comprehensively rejuvenating and therapeutic.

If you arrive in March or early April, giant glaciers could just be a short walk away. If you arrive In October, the fall colors would live you spellbind. Anytime in between, it’s still a picture perfect destination where one could just keep clicking photos of the scenic backdrop and not get tired of it.

Sangla is also where one can get a feel of the real India. Little grocery shops / teashops, friendly locals and easy access to villages.
