Ratnagiri is a coastal town at 360 kms from Mumbai / 300 kms from Pune and a stopover on the NH-17 (Legendary Mumbai – Goa Coastal highway).
It is the largest town in the Konkan area and is known for its beautiful beaches. Ratnagiri is also recognized for its produce of Alphonso mangoes and other fruits like jackfruit, cashew nuts and kokam.
Ratnagiri and Ganapatipule are located at distance of 30 kms from each other and serve as a local gateway. Ganapatipule is known for its 400-year-old Ganesh temple.
