Nathdwara is a pilgrim town 42 kms northeast of Udaipur and visited for its 17th century temple that is dedicated to Lord Shrinathji (Lord Krishna). The temple is referred to as 'Haveli', commonly used in Rajasthan for the mansions of the wealthy merchants.

Nathdwara is very significant Krishna temple regionally and is visited all round the year. Nathdwara is also popularly visited as an ex-Ahmedabad pilgrim getaway.
