Mount Abu (4500+ ft asl) is lakeside hill station in Rajasthan on Rajasthan – Gujarat border overlooking Aravalli Hills. Mount Abu is renowned for its lakeside character, its pleasant to cold weather all round the year and proximity to Dilwara Jain Temple complex.
Gujarat having Alcohol prohibition, Mount Abu being on Rajasthan side have thrived on revelers across the state border (especially Ahmedabad which is 210 kms- 3 hours drive away) arriving for a getaway.
