Jaipur is renowned for its offering of rich and delectable Rajasthani ethnic cuisine. The Marwari community is purely vegetarian and a lot of offering in Jaipur including the renowned Chokhi Dhani are veg-only offerings that comprise world-renowned Dal Baati Churma, Missi Roti, kachori, gatte ki kadi, pickles, chatnis and papad.
