The Takht Sri Darbar Sahib Damdama Sahib is one of the Five Takhts of Sikhism situated near Bathinda (28 kms). This is where Guru Gobind Singh, the tenth Sikh Guru, prepared the full version of the Sikh Scriptures popularly known as Sri Guru Granth Sahib in early 18th Century. Guru Gobind Singh stayed here after the Sikhs had fought several defensive battles
