Art of Living center at Bangalore is where guests can experience living in an Ashram.
A day in the ashram usually starts at 6 AM Early mornings are spent doing Yoga, Meditation and Sudarshan Kriya until breakfast at seven thirty.
Seva (voluntary service) forms the bedrock of ashram activities. There is a wide variety of activity in the ashram like cooking, office work, cleaning, maintenance jobs, administrative work that one can take up. Ashram life provides a wonderful opportunity to break your personal limitations and barriers and live not expecting anything in return for anything.
Lunch in the ashram is between one and two pm, and includes grains, legumes and vegetables, most of which are grown in the ashram gardens. This is followed by some more seva activity until six thirty when there is the Satsang where everybody comes together to sing, dance, meditate and celebrate.
Ashram is the hub of most of the activities of the Art of Living and is a beautiful place to be.
A day at Art of Living center at Bangalore can be completely different to anything anyone may have experienced earlier and therefore is compelling for those who seek such experiences.
