Page 1 where you enter e-mail id and Name and amount is a non secure page and so do not enter any credit card details here.

 
Page 2 is a reconfirmation page. Just enter. 
 
If the browser asks if you need to go to a secure page Press "Yes"
 
Page 3 is a secure page of CCAvenue (128 bit encrypted) where you enter information related to your credit card and after rechecking the details click ok. 

Note

  • Please enter all details (Billing address) correctly. If incorrect details are given, Security Systems employed may not clear a transaction and you will then be required to do Manual authentication even if Credit Card No and expiry date entered were correct.

After a few seconds when the process is done the control moves to page 4. If the browser asks if you need to go to a non-secure page Press "Yes"
 
Page 4 Just displays Payment status. If successful it will display Authentication code. Click continue.

You will Receive confirmation of the status of payment by e-mail immediately.

We receive a copy of E-mails generated and so no need to reconfirm that the payments are made .

REASONS FOR PAYMENT FAILURES

Besides Unavailable sufficient Credit there are many reasons why a payment can be unsuccessful.

 
If status was "Bank Declined Transaction" then it is due to Common mistakes which are:
 
* Spaces in Card number (No spaces in card no - 16 digit)
* Incorrect Expiry month/year
* Incorrect CV no
* Incorrect Card selection (Mastercard / Visa)
* Spelling Errors in Card Name
 
However some credit cards are not authorised beyond a certain value for Internet transactions. Also Some credit cards have "automatic safety feature" that blocks the Internet transaction. 
 
In this case only the credit card issuer bank can help. ."Automatic safety feature" can be relaxed for 24 hours within which transactions can be carried out.
