Standard Procedure for Add On Services
- Add On Service is booked and paid for in advance by the Customer
- A confirmation note is emailed to the customer after the service is re-confirmed with the service provider.
- The confirmation note has service provider name, address, telephone number and Nivalink Helpline number.
- All add on Services are reconfirmed a day prior. Customers are called to inform / reconfirm details such as arrival time, standard procedure to avail the add on service etc.

All add on service providers are verified and used by Nivalink team since year 2000. All services are covered under deficiency of Service policy. Please refer to Terms of Service for details.
