Introduction
Nivalink is a web-based organisation catering since 2000 to requirement for Travel Planning, Group Reservations and Weekend Getaways. Our clientele varies from Fortune 500 companies, Indian Blue chips, State Government departments to a discerning traveler from India and more than 55 countries around the world. [

Nivalink is a company headed by professionals from software and consulting background and a common sense approach to business has lead to a fresh approach to travel planning and execution. 

What Do we do?
Nivalink all-year round researches on accommodation options around India, such as resorts / hotels / jungle lodges / Farms etc. We visit them, click pictures and display them on our website with an endevour to give you a feel of the true picture to be able to make a travel decision quickly and independently.

Our Value Proposition
We travel extensively (About 15,000 kms a year on road and 100,000 kms totally till end 2007) and review destinations and Hotels independently and seek to present travel plans based on an up to date and duly verified information. 

A personalised approach has enabled us to provide a highly customised getaway/holiday based on individual taste and thus giving high level of satisfaction with guests and service providers. 

Our guests benefit from our non-partisan approach, high level of transparency and our direct relationships with Hotels and Service Providers and help plan a seamless getaway faster. 

Our book-and-pay system allows customers time and flexibility of making payments as per cut off date given by the hotels / service providers. Our guests are also benefited by convenient payment options which allow them to choose from a range of options Bank Transfer / Bank Deposit / Credit Card etc. based on their physical location.

We are always connected. Our personnel are all connected by emails and telephone lines. Itinerary guests who require detailed customisation also get hooked onto via messengers. Customers while on travel get an access to a 24-hour help line manned by our reservations personnel for any on-road travel assistance. 

Our Practices and Policies
We follow guest friendly reservation and cancellation policies and levy no additional reservation charges or service charges over the above what is charged by the Hotels.   

Our Approach
We list only quality options on our website.  We try to list options that have certain charm, character and taste to it. This has led us to promote some of  very unusual and unique places. So you may expect  fishing camps, safaris, islands, Scuba diving options, Ayurveda, Spa,  Heritage Hotels, Boutique hotels alongside the better-known hotels and resorts. 

We have made genuine attempts to promote branded as well as small unbranded / unknown accommodation options and using web as a medium to attract customers from all over which is what the "link" in Nivalink stands for i.e. to be a definitive link between hotels, Service providers and guests and make it seamless for everybody involved.
