Zbac's
Outbound experiential learning Programme, uses adventure and wilderness as a
tool for training on GRID Leadership, Team Building, Neuro Linguistic
Programme (NLP) , Personal Effectiveness, Creativity, Change Management,
Managerial Effectiveness, Stress Management, Selling Skills and has
specially designed modules to accomplish set objectives.
The place is exclusively built for an outbound
training and as an assessment centre. The expertise and research that go
into every Z-Bac Outbound Management Development Programme
makes it much more structured and a unique learning experience.
Z-Bac also conducts expeditions, adventure outings,
corporate and family picnics - outing, Product launches, conferences and
treasure hunts (trekking) with a unique blend of adventure, fun and learning
all across India. For kids summer camps and educational tours are also
conducted.
Z-BAC’s
unlearning process is an outcome of Capt. Swaminathan’s infantry
background coupled with Prasad Deole’s management & spiritual base.
The combo gave rise to a unique learning experience in the management world.
