Criteria for reserving a flight getaway - Key to reserving a flight getaway is to understand which sectors offer good flight rates, getaway resorts and availability of both. So its always advisable to plan well in advance to avail of the low pre-purchase web fares of various airlines and to ensure that the resorts that are preferred are available. Its not advisable to plan a flight getaway at any destination during its peak period unless its a must (Despite the peak period, a lot of Indians take short getaways during Christmas period). The hotel and airline tariffs go through the roof during this period and they get booked out months in advance.

How to reserve a flight getaway ? Check availability with Nivalink for the hotels. Nivalink has the largest number of getaway resort option recommendations in India with photos taken during team visits. You may email getaways@nivalink.com for the same. For flight reservations, Nivalink would assist in ascertaining availability status and eventual reservations. However considering dynamic nature of flight rates, its best to check above Airline Website URLs for availability and come to a quick decision on which flight to reserve.

How to make Payments ? Flights bookings are prepaid and therefore need to be paid in advance before reservations. Hotel / Resort bookings can be held for a few days and have to be paid in advance (either 50% advance of full prepayment) by one of the option stated in www.nivalink.com/payment.html as advised by the Nivalink personnel.

Cancellation Policies  - Please check for cancellation policy of flights and hotels. LCCs don't give refund against cancellation and only allow for rescheduling. Different Hotels / Resorts are driven by their own respective cancellation policies and therefore make sure you know them before you make payments.
