We have had a wonderful trip, thanks for organising all the things. Only one feedback, Wildernest at thekkady is not really meant for honeymooners, though the hotel is not really bad but it is very basic.
Rest of the hotels were very good and Sienna Village at Munnar is recommended for Honeymooners. - Probodh Prabhughate.

We are back from Mysore-Ooty-Kodai tour & we thought we should share the feedback with you. Overall, we had a good enjoyable tour. The hotels at all 3 locations were good. Service at Mysore & Ooty hotels was good and very professional. Service at Kodai hotel was satisfactory, but not professional. It has scope of improvement. However, I would like to thank both, your colleague Pooja for co-ordinating & Kodai hotel manager Mr. Swaminathan for accomodating us by extending the check-out time to 12 P.M. instead of 9 A.M. 

As regards the vehicle, to our pleasant surprise, we were initially given a comfortable ambassador car instead of Indica & towards the end of day 2 we got a new driver & an Indica Car. Both cars were well maintained. Also, both drivers were friendly. They were well aware of the general sight-seeing points at various locations. One suggestion, it would have been better had they known some unconventional places of visit as well, especially at places like Kodai Kanal where there are hardly any sight-seeing locations. We made it up by taking a local guide.

One of the main reason for us to book this resort was because it's supposed to have quite unspoiled beach. We wanted to have a peaceful, undisturbed holiday. This was described on your website. The work at the beach had started 4 days before we got to the resort and yet we were not informed about it. If we were informed, we would have cancelled this resort and booked elsewhere. In our opinion you have missold us this holiday consequently breaching the contract as we did get what we had paid for. Everything was good but the biggest dissapointment was Pollethai...it was a terrible property with sad rooms and bad service....it almost spoilt the trip....

I led a group trip from the United States to Tamil Nadu for the 3rd time recently. Nivalink did all the reservations this time just like it did for all my India trips. I changed our itinerary, added rooms as we went along, and made train reservations in addition to the regular hotel reservations. They did all this in a timely, patient, friendly and professional manner, and with a smile. I appreciate this a lot. We had an unfortunate event happen during our trip. Sonali at Nivalink called us and made sure that we were okay, and made sure that the situation was under control. I highly recommend using Nivalink for all your travel needs in India. Western tourists couldn't ask for a better travel friend in India. The photos and information about the hotels are quite handy and helpful to make choices. Nivalink makes online booking a breeze. They were very happy with the tour arrangement as a whole. However, they just felt that the room size at jaipur was smaller for accomdating 3 persons when compared with other two places.
