Hotel Lake
Pichola is a really nice homely hotel. Staff
was very good & Food was just excellent...
There roof top restaurant is quite good in
ambiance also. Its not a very fancy & modern
hotel but is clean & a heritage style
decorated one. Location wise also its very good.

Nivalink booked a second trip for me to Tamil Nadu & once again it was a success. I take groups of friends from the United States annually, and do Tamil Nadu Heritage Tours for 3 weeks. They went out of their way to book a new hotel when the originally booked hotel wasn't ready due to delays in their renovation work. They insisted that we got very good service at the new place, and we got it. They are very easy to work with and prompt in their email response. I would not do these trips if it were not for
Nivalink. Nivalink is a dream come true for me. I enjoy working with them and recommend them highly to western tourists. I plan to do these annual trips and will do a Karnataka Heritage Tour next.

trip was good overall, except for the part in
Tangsey ( near Pangong ) with regard to
facilities. There was no water in the taps ( the
camp in Uletokpo had it ). Very limited choice
of food was available. Also
the part of packed lunch, we did not find it up
to the mark ( there was a cheese sandwich and
boiled egg, they should have given proper lunch

I have been wanting to send you a feedback since I got back but just got stuck with a lot of work and could not do it. I was extremely happy with the complete Bhutan trip. Everything went off without a hitch (except the pick up at the Bagdogra airport. That was very disappointing). Post that, I just faced a problem while crossing over to Bhutan from the Indian border as it was the election day and the border was closed so we had to spend the night at a Jaigaon hotel instead of the hotel you had booked at
Phuntsoling. The driver, the guide, the vehicle and the hotels were all top notch. Really well organised trip. I am happy that I chose Nivalink over names like SOTC and Thomas Cook. I will definitely get my future trips

the taste of the local culture (It is quite

Aloha Mr. Vashi: Just wanted to let
you know how great our trip was to
India...every lodging was fabulous (except
for Green Pastures which is unprepared).
Our driver Mr. Nasar, was professional and
courteous. The guides we had were all
terrific with the one exception of the guide
in Cochin for the half day morning tour.
The Cochin Club was absolutely terrific
value, and it looks like they are
remodelling a family room. The rooms
were enormous and everything was top drawer.

I
write you to tell you a feedback from my
last travel, specially in Gujarat (it was a
return after 18 years, my first travel to
India). First, I want to say "thanks a
lot" for your helpline, I phoned around
5 am because a driver was not at Ahmedabad
railway station. A woman answered very
quickly, very efficient : the driver arrived
20 minutes after the phone call.
At
Gir, Anil farm house is nice, food was
really very good for foreigners. I asked for
no spicy food and it was not spicy but tasty
and fresh. They have very a good guide, it's
very important for wildlife. You should
recommend this place for foreigner - Court
