Itinerary- Cochin - Munnar - Madurai - Rameshwaram - Kanyakumari - Kovalam - Alleppey - Cochin (Ex-Cochin)

This is a regular Tourist Itinerary for visiting premier destinations of Kerala and pilgrimage destinations of Tamilnadu. 

Day 1 - Arrive in Cochin and Proceed to Munnar (120 kms from Airport - 3 hours). .
Day 2 - Half Day Sightseeing at Munnar
Day 3 - Proceed to Madurai (150 kms - 3 hours). Visit Meenakshi Temple in the Evening. 
Day 4 - Day Visit to Rameshwaram (160 kms - 3 hours), Temple Shiva Jyotirlinga
Day 5 -  Proceed to Kanyakumari (350 kms - 7 hours), reach before Sunset.
Day 6 - Proceed to Kovalam (85 kms - 2 hours). Relax by a beachside resort for rest of the day.
Day 7 - Kovalam to Alleppey. reach before Noon. Stay and cruise in overnight Houseboat.
Day 8 -  Drop to Alleppey / Kumarakom in a Backwater Resort. Relax for the rest of the day.
Day 9 - Proceed to Cochin. Local sightseeing and evening flight Back.

Access - Cochin (Gets daily flights from all major destinations of India and Gulf Countries). Ernakulam a major railhead on the Konkan Rail / Southern Rail Route.
