An
activity oriented rural retreat near Jodhpur like Rohetgarh
or Chanwa Luni can be opted for an experience
oriented (Village Visits, Horse Safari, Jeep Rides), off-beat itinerary -
Additional night at Manvar,
a Desert camp mid-way on Jodhpur-Jaisalmer route can be considered. Manvar is
more private desert retreat than ones at Sam and provides a more profound Desert
experience than a more touristy Sam. -
Skip
Jaisalmer all together and instead visit Khimsar
Fort / Khimsar Sand Dunes. It is
more private desert retreat than ones at Sam and provides a more profound Desert
experience than a more touristy Sam. -
If
we choose to fly to Udaipur from Mumbai or Delhi then Mount Abu can be all together
removed from the itinerary and 1 additional night at Udaipur can be considered
OR same itinerary still can be done with Udaipur being first followed by Mount
Abu. |
