The Prince of Value is one of the most luxurious residences in the already highest ranked Super Deluxe category in Kashmir, 147 ft. long, and 21 ft. wide. It includes five spacious double-bedrooms - all rooms offer electricity, TV with cable connection and modern bathrooms with bathtubs and water pressure of German standard. The cedar interiors are intricately carved and display the consummate artistry of Kashmiri craftsmen.

In an initiative to save the nature and the environment, the Prince of Vale is the only houseboat in Srinagar with a seperate state of the art sewage system that does not simply end in the Dal Lake.

• Each houseboat has an attached cook boat at the rear from where the food is served to the visitor lodging in the boat. 

• It is moored on the banks of the lake and remains floating but stationary. 

• The cooks are skilled in preparing Continental, Indian and Kashmiri Dishes. 

• The meals served during the day comprise of Bed-Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Tea and Dinner.

• The cook boat is moored a stem of the main boat which also houses the servants. 

• Boats are electrified, and the interior decoration has something typical of what Kashmir has to offer.

Access: There are regular flights from Delhi which is the best Access point for Srinagar. Otherwise nearest Railhead is Jammu which is 300 kms away.
