• Off Season Discount 20% on all rooms from 15th June to 15th Sept 2010.

• 10% Tax is applicable on the above rates.

Accommodation:

• No charge for children below 4 years

• One extra bed can be provided per room @ Rs.800/-, where space permits.

• Check-in time is 2 p.m. Check-out time is 12 noon.

• The car park is at Dasturi 4.5 Kms, away from the property. One can walk or take a horse/ hand pulled rickshaw to reach the property. Guests are advised to reach Dasturi well before the sunset. Mumbai - Dasturi is 2.5 Hrs by road.

Food & Beverages:

• Bed tea, and evening tea are included in the room rent. Breakfast Inclusive.

• Fixed menus are offered at the per head rates: Lunch Rs.450/-, Dinner Rs.500/-.

• No charge for children below 4 years and half rates for children below 10 years.

• Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m., lunch from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. and dinner from 8 to 10 p.m.

Cancellation Charges:

• 25% if cancelled four days in advance.

• 50% if cancelled two days in advance.

• 50% if few of the total booked rooms are cancelled.

• 100% if cancelled one day prior to booking or on the same day.

• Credit card cancellations will be charged 3% extra.
