Route : Daman (2) - Silvassa / Khanvel (2) (Recommended Ex-Mumbai / Ex-Surat / Ex-Nashik)

Highlights : This short-break itinerary basically combines popular beach getaway of Daman with nature centric destination of Silvassa / Khanvel nearby. Both Silvassa and Daman have getaway resorts and so are good for guests looking for a bit of leisure and a bit of sightseeing.

Typical Itinerary

• Day 1 : Reach Daman (Surat(135 kms) OR Mumbai(190 kms) OR Nashik (185 kms)). Visit Jhampore Beach and Daman Local market in the evening. 

• Day 2: Visit Local Temples, Church and guests have option to visit the waterparks.
  Day 3: Proceed to Silvassa Via Vapi. Visit Cactus Garden, Tribal Museum, Vasona Lion Safari and Madhuban Dam during the day.  

• Day 4: Half day sightseeing to Deer Park and Dudhni Lake.

• Day 5: Leave for Mumbai (170 kms)/Surat (140 kms) /Nashik (150 kms)

Seasonality - This circuit could be done all round the year. Weekends are when hotels go full . 

Access : Mumbai is well connected with rest of India by Rail and Air and is one of the two major arrival points (alongwith Delhi) for those coming into India. Vapi is nearest station for Silvassa and Daman (Both about 15-20 kms from Vapi on either side). Most guests come driving from Mumbai via NH-08 (It takes about 3 hours to reach Daman or Silvassa from Mumbai).
